False promises on upgrade
I was due for an upgrade and was contacted by a consultant and we agreed that I was going to receive a Samsung Galaxy A3 smartphone. However, on delivery i got Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus, I have emailed Cellc asking for rectification and received a call from a lady who promised me she has escalated the matter to Retentions department. I am still waiting for a response and frustrated.<br> <br> Regards<br> Eddypro
