False promises and unsavory processes

My father was offered a contract originally over the phone with Jabulani, this contract was not honored. After a few debits he queried this contract and was told that this contract was not on offer and did not exist. My father had then asked my brother to assist as he is not too well versed in technology, then Jabulani called back with a different contract offer which actually now costs my dad more money and not the original contract that was offered to him over the phone by Jabulani. Although my father had given my brother consent to assist with this query, the change over to this contract was done without my fathers permission and between Jabulani and my brother, my fathers permission was not asked. Basically, if my fathers original contract offer is not honored (please do listen to the phone calls we also have the reference numbers) and the contract reversed I will be porting him over to Vodacom. Please could someone get in touch. My father is now trying to fix this, I feel that cell c has taken advantage of someone that is not very savy when it comes to technology and did not follow proper procedures on this matter, a very sound case for the CPA as well.
