False promises

1 Month ago I contacted Cell C asking for a new contract and cellphone, a lady named Ankwette helped me and asked me to send her my application documents (ID, Bank statements, payslip etc). After sending her my documents I got no response as promised. After waiting 2 weeks I called again and got put through to a gentleman named Mpho who put me through the same process and promised to call me as soon as he received my application documents. After sending through the documents last Thursday (21 May 2015), with a follow up email the next day, there was still no response. <br> <br> I called Cell C again on the 27 May and got put through to 3 people who said they will try get a hold of Mpho and get him to call me as soon as possible.<br> <br> After no one calling me back today (the 28th) I emailed him again asked if he would respond to my applications, he rep**** asking for my ID number which I rep**** to and still did not get a response. <br> <br> I am really struggling to just get a simple contract and don't understand why it is so difficult.<br> <br>
