False Pretenses

I am due for an upgrade. Prior to going into the store I have called my selected branch to find out whether they have stock of the phone. For an additional amount, you can get a watch together with the phone. It was confirmed that they do have the watch in stock. It was made very clear that I will only be in the branch on the Saturday and that the phone together with the watch will be available. When arriving at the store the Saturday they person that was helping me was transferred to another branch. Someone else then helped me and when I asked about the watch I was informed that the person who had originally helped me didn't check that the correct watch was in stock and this watch is no longer available. The person who was helping me then spoke to the manager and told me that the manager will try and help me on the Monday. When I left the store I called another branch who then informed me that this watch was discontinued 2months ago. When I called a third store the person who answered told me that they don't currently have stock but they will get stock on the Tuesday. Today I called the branch who had initially helped me. First the person who was supposed to get back to me was unavailable and a message was taken for him to call me back. I had also asked to speak to the manager as he was going to help source the watch and was then informed that the manager was on leave. When after 2-3 hours I heard nothing, I decided to call back and this person informed me that he had forgotten about me after Saturday and will call me back later today. Up until now I have had no response. I've tried calling 3 times again with no response from this branch whatsoever. I then decided to call the other branch who ensured me they are receiving stock of this watch the Tuesday, and when I enquired about the watch again, the person who had answered told me that they will not be receiving stock of this watch. If I had been informed correctly from the start I would not be so disappointed in the watch not being available but it seems like anything is being said without the facts just to keep someone happy in the moment. I am utterly disappointed in the service I have received from the first phone call up until my last unanswered call
