I have just decided to change my ISP due to them being useless (Telkom) and found CellC's current Internet-for-the-home offering of 20gig+20gig to both suit my requirments anbd my budget, R399, a fair price. Armed with all the required documentation and their current magazine advertising the offer, I went to their Carlswald branch to sign up and guess what? That package is not listed on their system so they can't sell it! All they can sell me is a bigger package than I need at a greater cost than I wanted to pay. Left with no choice I complained a lot but ended up paying the more expensive package. Come on CellC, what's this false advertising all about? I'm not sure this way of operating is strictly legal.
