False Online Advertising

On the 4th May 2019 i purchased a cell c online sim only deal for R599 pm , i received an order number o ********** 74 , and they advertise 48 hrs delivery with in Gauteng. On the 7th i called the call centre which no one has a clue as to what is going on and i was advised to contact Onlinehelp ********** , i sent them my problem and they advised that i must give them an order number which was already in the email !!!! Today is the 9th and i am still awaiting for the 48hrs delivery, i contacted RAM couriers they have no clue, i tried the head office of Cell C no one answers, my money was deducted from my card without any delay via Payfast and i am leaving the country in 3 days and i need this matter to be sorted out today or i will conduct a chargeback and Cell C is doing false advertising online stating 48 hrs delivery when they deduct your money and no one has any idea as to what is actually going on.
