False offers by Cell C and Huawei
Cell C contract with the Huawei P20 gives the value offer worth R3999 for screen repairs among other other offers which is just false advertising, I still have 7 months left on my contract and now all of a sudden I was suppose to have registered the device within a month and the offer was only valid for the first year etc etc. None of the conditions was however told to me as was admitted by Cell C Knysna, I'm still waiting for the same Huawei backup to send me the proof of these conditions. Plain and simple ***** by both companies to just sell the product but no follow up or making good on their false offers, beware of Cell C and Huawei

30 Jul 2020, 14:48Thank you, I had a lady phoning me and would have phoned cell C Knysna, it seem that the extras with phones does not get explained properly to customers which in return cause lot of friction. I Def would have registered a phone for a R4000 screen if it was explained to me.
