False misleading info

im extremely disgusted by the service of cell c consultants, I took a contract asking for NO EXTRAS. For the last 6months my account has been debited for extra cost that I did not agree too , I was told the consultant just added an extra just so she would get a commission, I refuse to pay for something that wasn't even discussed to me or agreed by me. I will take legal action and cancel my contract,I have full knowledge of the CPP act and as a consumer this is ridiculous I want all this number paid back into my acc as I was ****** by both consultant and manager of this store. I deman urgent feedback regarding this issue.
