False marketing

After having contact with Cell c regarding a false marketed device they have sold me. I've been told to return the phone to the nearest Cell C shop to get there they know nothing about the phone. <br> Riboni sold me a wrong phone and told me it had 4 gig memory. Cell C listened to the recordings and said I must return the phone to nearest Cell C. Nearest Cell C cannot assist me and I still have the phone that has been wrongly marketed.
