False Marketing

I took up a contract with Cell C, was told that it is Wi-Fi compatible and this is more than a year ago. To date I am still unable to call via Wi-Fi Calling. I then recently took up a data contract using a Rooter, I still cannot perform Wi-Fi calling. Was told to call the technical help desk on ********** 555 which they advised me to get a Sim card called Usim at their Cell C stores. None of the staff knows what is a Usim they even gave me a Micro sim telling me its the right one. Send a mail follow-up email after complaining to their head office the lady never rep**** and no one seems to be willing to assist me. I now cannot perform Wi-Fi calling as promised when I tookup this contract.
