False information to secure contracts

I am totally infuriated by the way this company is doing business!!! I have a reference number namely *** and Cell C is failing to resolve simply because I was offered a month to month contract with them in the 2020, I no longer require the package so I called to have it cancelled only to find that the company is saying I no longer have the right to cancel any of their month to month contracts, they have amended the contract without my consent or my knowledge.

Thanks for your promt response. I will appreciate it if you can resolve and send corresponse via email as I will not be able to take calls between 07:00 to 15:00. Under the reference number that I have provided I was told that the back office will authorize for my cancellation since I was offered the conract on a month to month basis, of which at a later stage the company decided to make changes and amendments that should not affect me at all!

Good Day, I waited for you to contact me yesterday at 16h00 as promised but no one called. This is still very disappointing, I have been confirming all security questions and everyone has been accessing my account without cancelling my month to month contract!
