FALSE INFORMATION TO ACQUIRE A CONTRACT
In November OF 2013 someone called me from FNB claiming that I will be receiving a phone courtesy of FNB for being a \good client' was then told I would be paying R100 for the units and would be able to cancel the deal anytime I wanted to because it was a "gift\"" when I received the phone I did not like it and went to a Cell C outlet at Campus Square only to be told it is a binding contract for 24 months!! I have since then trying to cancel this with no success. in the mean time money is being debited from my FNB account. I got ****** on the 16th of April 2014 and have never used that number since. When I enquired I was told airtime expires after 3 months. if you were to listen to the recording of the call"
