FALSE INFORMATION REPORTING!
I paid up my account more than 21 days ago (13 December 2022).
To date, I have not received a paid up letter, and my ITC profile is still outdated as the information is false!
The *********** Cellc has now told me to wait another 21 days which is pathetic as the total turn around time is NOW A RIDICULOUS 42 DAYS!!
