False Information given when buying a data contract.

I called cell c to sign up for a data contract. I initially called for a 25gig data deal I saw online, but the guy I spoke to told me about a 40gig deal that came with a router. When I call the call center to find out when the debit Order will be going off and to set a limit. I am told that it is a 16gig day and 16gig night data contract. I want that call recording, because that is definitely not what we discussed. I am also being told that my debit Order will only go off next month, but the guy I spoke to told me it would go off this month, meaning that I'm going to be double debited next month. Cell culture is not a transparent company.
