False information ?
I was offered a contract over the phone and I agreed to it as it was an affordable offer but to my surprise when they debited it was more than what I bargained for. The offer said the premium is R250 pm and the contract started during a month so the 1st debit was today... 250 pro-rated can never be anything above R250 yet my debit this month was 545....
