False information

<p>I called cell c to make payment arrangements on my contract. I asked the gentlemen on the phone if my phone would be suspended he assured me that it wouldn't as long as the arrangement was made. Now 2 weeks later and almost payment date my phone has been suspended and cell c won't help me even after one of their representatives assured me this wouldn't happened. This is utter bull ****. Had I been told this would happen different story but I got told it wouldn't and now I sit with the problem and cell c just sit back and do nothing to even help resolve the matter. </p>
