Duduzile at the branch assist me with her marnager Anzac Massey. I also spoke to Thato Mamabolo at customer care centre.

May 2015 - you had a special deal, that bring your contract to us from any service provider without any specifications and conditions, and Cell C will settle the account. JP at that time was working at the alberton branch and we took 2 contracts over, one for me and one for my daughter. JP went with me to Vodacom just accross Cell C in alberton branch for settlement figures and statements.

JP confirmed no problem and he did the 2 contracts, and he said he will sort out vodacom. I spoke to Thato at call centre and he said to me on the 13/1/2017 that JP was supposed according to his system to give me vouchers to settle the 2 accounts at vodacom. i didnt received anything because JP said he will settle and sort out everything. According to JP the 2 contracts was approved by Cell C as that we had at vodacom and that I do qualify for Cell C to take over the contracts and to settle. Obviously JP didnt give me vouchers as Thato said he was supposed to do as what he could see on his system on the 13/1/2017. I believed that JP will sort out everything as he promised.

I didnt hear anything from vodacom since may 2016 only October 2016 that was the first time in 2 years that Vodacom contact or sent me a sms. on the 31/10/2016 they blacklisted me with a default.

I moved in July and my application for rent, went through with no problem in June with the agents and they said my ITC is good. now when I want to apply in November to buy the propertythey sent me details that vodacom default on itc shows. How the hell can they just black list me without me knowing anything, and according to me no contact for nearly 2 years, and then they black list. if have sent emails to vodacom and they never came back to me as you can see in this email.

NOW WHAT NOW? I AM NOT GOING TO SETTLE THIS FOR ACCORDING TO ME, WITH ALL THE INFO OF MAY 2015 FROM JP, AND THATO INFORMATION FROM CALL CENTRE, THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE SETTLED.

know the branch manager Anzac Massey tells Duduzile that i didnt qualify, THIS IS NONSENCE.

please sort this out or I promise you i will go to the news papers, and please take my name of from ITC as default from Vodacom, for i am going to loose this property.

TRUST YOU FIND THIS IN ORDER.

MARLENE ENGELBRECHT

********** 110

---------- Forwarded message ----------

From: Marlene ********** /> Date: Tue, Jan 3, 2017 at 11:34 AM
Subject: FW: Vodacom Customer Care Reply - Authentication Response ***
To: **********

From: ********** **********
Sent: 25 October 2016 03:49 PM
To: ********** /> Subject: RE: Vodacom Customer Care Reply - Authentication Response ***

Good day Marlene

We acknowledge the receipt of your email.

While we would like to be of further assistance, you would be required to direct your query to our Legal Department.
