False Information

<p>I was keen on the cellular contracts which were advertised by Cell C so I waited for my current contract to run to an end I requested that my number be moved to prepaid to allow Cell C to port my number. I visited Cell C Sandton City on 8/02 and the consultant discussed the contract with me and told me that the Jan specials are extended to 15/02 so I should come in with ID, payslips and bank statements before 15/02. She even checked on the system and told me I was "pre-approved". Today (13/02) I went back and the consultant advised that the contract changed and the cashback was discontinued on 11/02! Why were you falsely advertising and why was I not informed that this will be done away with on 11/02? This has wasted a great deal of my time to get the docs and come into your branch. </p>
