FALSE INFO IN UPGRADE

Ref *** Miss informed on a phone, requested samsung and got an oppo, query logged on 7 Dec 2022 to say phone will be collected and no updates as yet. Will be leaving on 16 Dec and returning 6 Jan, please ensure the phone is collected before 16 Dec

Over 48 hours has passed , 2 agents called and advised they cannot help and I must call repairs, tried and no answer.

I am placing a cancelation on the Cell C debit order, when Cell C decide they want to sort the query and collect the phone let me know.
