FALSE EXPECTATIONS... YET AGAIN.
I logged a complaint on Hello Peter on the 3rd of july regarding the bad service i received from Cell C. I got a quick response from Cell c. The person dealing with my complaint called me and informed me that this matter will be resolved. He also assured me that i will be receiving my phone on Wednesday. Its now Friday and I don't have my phone. I did follow up yesterday and Cell c yet again kept transfering me from one department to the other. I'm not happy with this service. I'll be cancelling both contracts that i have with Cell c.
