FALSE EXPECTATIONS!!

I received a call from PHELOKAZI LUTHULI last week Sunday for a cell phone upgrade. She made 4 calls out to me that day. She sent me an sms and informed me that I will receive my iphone6 plus during the week. Its now Friday and I still haven't received my phone. I made 3 calls to cell c and I still haven't received any joy. I was transferred from one department to another. I spoke to a lady in the delivery department and she informed me that my phone is not in stock and that I will have to change the type of phone I want. The company should've at least informed me of this instead of giving me false expectations.
