False debit orders
I had a contract with Cell C for a Wi-Fi router and they kept on calling telling me I skipped a month meaning I didn't pay but my bank statements never lie, suddenly they decided to call me again to let me know they'll be suspending my connection but they keep making debit and now I don't understand why am I supposed to pay if I'm no longer connected... This is so bad.
