False data sale

Completely not happy I was phone on November 2019 for 10gb anytime data SIM card from cell c, the SIM card was delivered n have only used it for one month this month was surprised how the data got depleted fast I phone the customer care and I was told that my contract is 5gb day and 5gb night. I need all the recording from the first call I received from cell c, and want to cancel this contract or get the right service I bought,I was ****** clearly. I was told I will get a call back after I complained about the service till today have not received anything
