False Data Contract From Cell C

I subscribed with Cell C for a 24 month data contract which was on promotion that offered 20 gig daytime and 20 gig night time data. However I was not informed that I will not be receiving this data for the duration of my contract, but only for a while (unknown number of months) and will fall off, I was just getting surprised why my data was depleting much sooner than usual. On the 1st of January 2019 I recieved data as usual but on the 2nd it was depleted but did not even download a single video or audio, then I called the customer care line and spoke to a consultant by the name Boitumelo who refused to give me her surname (was told for safety reasons) and she pointed out that at the beginning of my contract I was receiving 15 gig + 5 gig promotional data for both day and night which has fallen off and moved to 10 + 5 gig promotional gig which has also fallen off, so now I'm only receiving 10 gig day and night time data. This is information was all new to me and she said she will escalade the matter and I will be contacted withing 48 hours, I am still waiting for that call till today. I am very dissatisfied with Cell C.
