False Credit Bureau Information , Information Is not being Updated

Cell c fiber account clossed March 2021 with the one month notice served. I had to fight write to twitter, write emails , Ticket # [CF184726] . NOW MY STATEMENT SAYS I OWE CELL C R4975.00 Well i decided to pay even though i dont know what was the money for since my fiber was cancelled in March,

Now after paying R1500 my credit bureaus information is not being updated. Why should my payment not reflect but my non payment was reflecting each month. Even my statement shows that i paid , but why is not being updated on credit Bureau. Account Number: ***
