False Charge

I recently accepted a data package of 5GB p/m at R80. I was on a prepaid prior to this. I was not told it would be in the form of a contract, only the data to be added monthly. The debit order at end Nov. Was R105. They said it was a reconnection fee included .?????????? I now have an SMS stating it will be R190 as at end December, and now am told it's a contract connection fee ?????? Now , they want to know if they take the debit order on 19 Dec instead of 31st.. I'm shocked .. I have cancelled it obviously.. they can rip somebody else off , Not me..not happening !!
