False Cell C contact

I took a cell C contract for a Huawei E5573 portable rooter for 24 months, started January 2018 for the amount of R250.00 per month. February 2018 the portable rooter would not charge at all, meaning that I could not use my data at all. Went to Cell C in Zevenwacht Mall, to complain. Cell C referred me to Huawei in Century City as they don't deal with batteries their in store. At Huawei supplier they confirmed that unfortunately they do not sell any batteries separate, the customer have to purchase a new rooter for the amount of R800.00. They also confirmed that the batteries only lasts up to 12 months before it will completely die, and there are NO alternative or supplier that will sell those batteries. I am very disappointed as I have another 12 months remaining on the contract witch I can do nothing about now, and they will not cancel the contract.

Can you please help this desperate, and unsatisfied customer.
