false cell c account

I found out from dalycredit corp that i have a cell c account when they called me telling me that i must pay a certain amount to avoid legal action apon me.i explained to them that i dnt have any cell c account and they adviced me to fax them my certified copy of an id document,affidavit and 10 specimen signature.i did fax them to this number*** but no response from them and worse the account is listed with credit bereu.what worries me more is that they continue calling me that i must pay even after submitting the documents twice
