False Billing and Charges! ****************

I have a Cell C data contract that due to unfortunate circumstances I could not pay currently. With that Cell C has blocked that data contract sim. I am still being billed and the statement reads the monthly data etc. Now if someone does not have access to a service how can you bill a client?! I have no emails or communication from a collections perspective and this is concerning Cell C? I then call in and speak to Innocentia telling me Cell C will bill you whether you use data or not - NOW NOTE I TOLD HIM/HER I DO NOT have access to the data because of non payment! I request to speak to a manager and am told there is no manager available?! He/she says let me give you an alternate number - not saying to who or for what?! My call conveniently is cut which I find unprofessional! I want a data usage statement and I want a MANAGER to contact me. These are tough economic times and you have time to exploit people.
