False and Misleading advertising

I purchased a Cell C HCF bundle for 500 minutes for 30 days of which I spent R119. I was shocked to get a text saying I have less than 400min 3 days later. Turns out when a call sends you to Voicemail and you drop it just a second in, Cell C charges you for a full minute. That has been a case with me as a second is charged as a minutes and the adverti*****t says 500min for 30 days @R119.

Why are we being misled and ****** of our hard earned money. Why is Cell C behaving like a mafia that is out there to rob people and make them poorer.

I then received a text from Cell C saying that I have 395 free minutes. How are they free if I paid for them

All I want is what I paid for not this day light *******.
