False and Misleading Adverti*****t

I want somebody to call me in connection with your Buy Out Contract as advertised on Tv as some of your own Consultants don't know what it entails and neither your store Consultants, I am going to take this further and report this to the Consumer Council as your ad is false and misleading and your Consultants are giving me incorrect information. I am livid upon visiting the Promenade Branch on Friday whereby we spent almost an hour for this problem to be resolved just to be fooled by your staff, we had Lucy (name badge Shireen) firstly speaking to us as Management, then later we had the real Shireen (2nd Manager according to her) speak to us as well, when I questioned her why the other lady (Lucy) wore her name badge \Shireen"she said she cannot answer for that"
