False airtime debit

I bought a R15 airtime on Saturday morning, I made the first call which was one minute n forthy three seconds n the second call was 10 seconds and the third call was one minute n sixteen seconds and my airtime was finished. On the 21 of January 2018 I phoned cell c call center and they told me it was debited by black app and they gave me an e-mail address from the black app to enquire about this matter and I eventually did enquire. They phoned me back and explain that they didn't debit anything from my number, and what I know is if you have any subscriptions from black app they send u a proof of payment so how come this time if it was debited from black app there was no proof of payment, the phone I'm using is a dual sim phone on the 20th of January I was using Telkom SIM card for internet. If some how my phone excidentaly gone on the internet it was going to use Telkom data and you need to subscribe before you can watch the football channels. I once again phoned cell c call center to follow up about the same matter and i spoke to Thandeka who wasn't helpful at all, she insisted that I was watching football channels even if I try to explain the process before you can watch those channels she continued saying I must send my phone to cell c for repairs because it's has viruses, she was disrespectful
