False advertsing
<p>disgusting pamphlets in the shop advertise prepaid data at a different rate then sold for at the shop. Says pamphlet out dated... Then why do you have a pile of them at the service desk.pathetic</p>
Sincere apologies for the manner in which this matter was handled and for the inconvenience caused.
Certain pricing and product changes came into effect on 1 February 2017 which could be the reason for the out dated pamphlets. However the out dated pamphlets should not be piled at service desk.
We have requested one of our consultants to assist with this matter.
