False advertizing from Cell C

I stay in Secunda. After checking their website to confirm that I fall in the high speed Internet range and did a couple of speed tests over many weeks I complained about the slow internet speed. Today they reported that there are no 3G signal at my location and suggest that I buy a signal booster to get better speeds. They said that the tower with 3G signal closest to me is the one in Secunda mall. This is the other location that I complained about, also not having fast Internet.<br> <br> Why do they have the right to advertise on their website, this great Internet and reception coverage, if this does not exist. Why can the sell data contracts for great Internet speed in areas like Secunda, but can not deliver. And when I asked what the plan was, the response was that there is none and they suggest that I buy a signal booster.<br> <br> Everytime I refer to the website that states something, they say that the website was not updated. When the internet in Pretoria is slow they say it is congested and being upgraded. It has now been upgraded since 2010 when they first told me that lie, and it still not better.
