A few months ago my husband received a call about a contract tablet for R180 per month with 2 gig day data and 3 gig night data. He took the package as this seems to be a once a life time offer. I then asked my husband this sounds like an open contract and he responded that the gentleman he spoke to assured him that's the payment each month. For the last 2 months we have been using all the data on the tablet and received a R750 bill which my husband immediately phoned in to ask what's up with the high amount. The response was that it is an open contract. This is false advertising and I do not wish to have anything from Cell C as they con people in taking offers but do not tell you what you will be paying at the end. I seriously need a good explanation as the consultants can't even apologise or have nothing to say but you have to pay. This is unprofessional and I will take matters further definitely if not sorted out immediately.
