False adverti*****t from Cell c

I received a call from a cell C agent regarding a early upgrade what the agent sold me was a Nova y70 plus but what actually convinced me was the fact that he said i will be getting a headset with the phone but now only the phone is delivered and when calling the upgrades department they telling me that this package doesn't come with a headset and i need to send back the phone if i dont want it.Why is it so hard just to get what has been advertised to you seems like some business just want your money and dont care about the service....
