Very poor experience. I app**** for a cellphone contract, but was offered a data sim, with the promise that I will qualify for a cellphone after 3 months. After 3 months I then app**** for a contract, but I never received feedback, only to be told that due to my credit score I do not qualify. I then asked to cancel the sim, as the information given was false. No manager contacted me. Only the agent to apologize about the mistake that was made.

31 Jan 2026, 08:13So I now receive a call @ 7:46 on a Saturday morning, having to explain my issue, wait for it... To the wrong department. Get put through to another departement, wait for it wrong department... No accountability. Get it right Cell C!
