false advertisment

Signed up for a contract to purchase (16/05/2015) Sony Ericson E4 dual sim at the Tygervalley branch. Price in the catalogue was R149 month for smartchat 1 gig. Only to be told the phone cannot be purchased because theirs a conflict in pricing. On the system it shows the contract is going for R189 & in the Catalogue its R149. <br> The exact same phone. I even have the evidence to prove it. This is an issue and its called false advertising i should be getting this phone for the price it was advertised for. <br> <br> What are your policies cell c regarding this matter. Please supply me with evidence indicating that in an event like this your company can withdraw from me making this purchase or entitled to what is advertised.
