False advertising/ TOLD me they have stock / On the day i was supposed to receive my upgrade telling me NO STOCK !!!

False advertising / No Stock !!! I was due for an upgrade with Cellc . I upgraded on friday . They had a deal advertising for the samsung NOTE 20 . I asked them wich colors they have in stock . They told me they have grey in stock but if i want the bronze color then they can order it for me . I told them i will take the grey because i dont want to wait so long for my phone upgrade . I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE my PHONE today !!!! I just called them and they said i will have to wait longer because they dont have the NOTE 20 in stock !! They **** to my face while telling me on FRIDAY they have grey in stock and now all of a sudden there is no stock . We have 6 contracts with them and im very disgusted in their customer service . Why do you advertise a special and CLAIM you have stock and then THE DAY I AM SUPPOSED TO GET MY UPGRADE i get absolutely NOTHING only telling me NO STOCK !! Im NOT HAPPY with ths company and i hope this get sorted . CELL C i want my grey note 20 upgrade TODAY as you said i would receive it today and TOLD ME that there is STOCK !!!!

The POINT is that they **** !!! Friday they said there is stock and they will KEEEEEP out the grey NOTE 20 for my upgrade that i must receive today and i didnt receive it . Its not my problem that your staff lies and let the customers phone go to someone else . I want this resolved asoon as possible.

Dont ever tell a customer you have stock for them and will kepp that color our for their request and send it and then on the day there is nothing . I want this sorted out TODAY !! IM NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE . I have 6 contracts with you guys and this is VERY unprofessional.

Its not my problem if stock flies of the shelves . If you said to keep a phone and delivered today wich did not happen you are the one that is wrong and its definitely unprofessional at most .
