False Advertising, Poor Communications, No Delivery
A huge part of the marketing on their page is for Sim-sim deals is "free delivery within 48h in Gauteng" AFTER you pay for the product it then days 5-7 working days for delivery. I'm in the middle of Johannesburg, its been 5 days and I haven't even received a tracking number I literally Hate cell c and i'm going to refund this as soon (If) it arrives.
Just for emphasis I ordered a sialo deal from Vodacom two days after the dogs took my money and i'm currently writing this review from that Sim ---- Lying idiots.

03 Mar 2023, 09:59I Have rep**** to this privately, I will post my response if any, until then I don't recommend anyone purchase a month-month deal based on the marketing that delivery is within 48 hours. There is clearly no attempt from cell c to fulfil your order in 48 hours, even now days after my order I can only assume I will be helped on Monday, 7 days after ordering and that's assuming I get help at all.

It is now 6 days after I ordered my Sim card with the promise of "Free delivery within 48hrs to Gauteng (or 72 hours outside), Monday to Friday"
Cell C have not sorted out the issue
I spoke with the Courier "courier it" who stated the order has not even been made avaliable for collection by cell c.
Pathetic service again by Cell C I don't know why after looking at their reviews I even looked a them as an option.
Please Do all you can to avoid Cell C and their extremely poor sales, customer service and marketing.
That's not even getting onto the terrible coverage.
Respect yourself and your hard earned money and shop elsewhere

I've only received several useless copy paste "customer service" replies privately about how's its been "escalated". Escalated to who exactly? Its a delivery that not shipped surely a simple job for anybody.
