False Advertising or *****, pick one?

I have been trying to claim airtime I paid for on 20 December. Almost a month now and i've called cell c at least 6 times as of now, each time they give me a case number then never call me back. When i then call to find out what's happening they say the case was closed the same day as the claim. I'm currently on hold with cell c while i write this and have been for over 30 minutes now. Please just use this as an example of how terrible this provider is and rather go for any of the alternatives. What started as me simply trying to get the data which i PAID for has turned into a month long battle. Update: I was taken off hold, there was laughing in the background and was then disconnected.
