False advertising on website - Cell C

On the website cellc.co.za you can apoarently purchase a chip only deal where you get 3000 minutes anytime talk time, 3000 sms's and 10 GB Data - all for R 599 I have been talking to more than 15 people at Cell C the past 2 months, and some even promised me they will help me to get this deal... Yet all the promises are just a cloud in the sky.
