False advertising in Cell C Whatsapp bundle

Cell C Whatsapp bundle advertising is misleading, bordering on false advertising.

They send me an SMS saying: "Get a 1GB WhatsApp Bundle for only R29, valid for 30 days... T&Cs apply. Cell C"

The clear implication is that any data used by WhatsApp will come out of that bundle. However that is *not* the case. Whatsapp voice and video calls are excluded!! That is not obvious at all but is a very important bit of information as if you are not using voice/video calls Whatsapp will use very little data, probably 50-100MB a month at most 1GB for just text and photos/videos is an absurd amount.

This is a material omission from the advert and can not reasonably fall under T&Cs.

It is like selling a car for R25,000 but saying under T&Cs that you have to pay a R100,000 admin fee to take it out of the show room. This is a shocker.
