False Advertising from Cell C

False advertising from CellC!! They advertise that if you take a Samsung Galaxy A33 5G that you can add a Samsung Watch5 for R30 x 36 months, but they want to charge me R80 x 36 months. I phoned Cell C Customer service to help me with this issue, but they are not helpful at all. They keep on putting me through to different departments until they drop the phone in my ear.

I've been told by Cell C that they will attend to this issue and I am still waiting.

I hope this reaches somebody willing to help me.
