False advertising for free data

I don't understand why companies like cellc are allowed to operate in SA.you don't have respect for customers,after I complained about your false advertising of free data on the phone sales at PePstore you appolgised and promised to find a resolution,when I was not happy with your proposed offer I forwarded my issue to the Advertising Regulatory Board.shockingly one miss Malehase from Cellc phoned me now claiming that according to the records I was given all the data ,how do you stoep so low as to lie ... instead of the advertised 1.2GB you only gave 600 mb in January but today you now claiming to have given 1.2GB because I reported you to the ARB.your attitude towards customers is sick and I don't want to carry on doing business with you.. please take back your phone and give me back my money !
