False advertising
Advistises products that is not available. According to their booklet, you add R50 to your 24month contract to receive ear buds (it does not state which package it should start at just the contract duration) however it can not be activated in store unless you take higher packages.

17 Mar 2023, 16:16Cellc asked me to email them the issue. Which I have however they did not respond, when I sent through a follow up email they responded querying whether I want to upgrade or take out a new contract.
So the false advertising complaint is just being ignored!

I am referring to the Samsung S21Fe deal with the Samsung Earbuds for an additional R50pm on a 24month contract as the 36month option was not available. The add clearly states it is available with the R599 or R649 however I was informed it is not available on the R599 option.

21 Mar 2023, 13:16I received a call from CellC hellopeter team who actually told me that the contract was already taken out at the store and they told me while I was at the store so there's nothing they can do, they can not add the ear buds now, What bull**** is that, yes they did say that it was only available from the 2GB package after I went to the store to take out a contract that I saw advertised, the point is they falsely advertise products only to have them saying its available from bigger packages for a person to to go into a store and end up taking a higher package therefore paying more. A bunch of ***** miss leading people
