False advertising

False advertising, on the 2nd of July i inquired about a samsung tablet that comes with a smart watch active 2 i was then told by the consultant at the branch they are awaiting stock and he will be in contact with me i then phoned all the branches closest to me to find out if they have stock i was then told they are also waiting to receive stock. I saw on the cell c website they are advertising the contract for R299 a month for the period of friday and saterday, i inquired on friday again after no one contacted me then i was told they only received 2 units and it was out of stock my husband phoned the same branch on saterday to find out if they have received stock and was told they never received any stock only have the tablet not the watch. I then tried all the branches closest to me again and no one received stock and one of them told me the manager said they are not going to receive any stock again. This is false advertising in promoting a promo where the shops doesn't have anystock if a company promotes a special they should have stock and enough of it at all the branches.
