False advertising empty promises

I'm so disappointed with the level of service I have received from cell I app**** for a combo deal in December the special was gonna end the following day can't remember the exact date we requested a callback online a guy by the name of vusi called within seconds did the check and all he told us to wait for an approval sms of which we received few days later he advised that delivery might delay since it December I was ok with that cause the deal was for my Daughter whose starting high school I confirmed with him if we will still pay the same amount even if we received the deal later he confirmed with a clear yes I have been calling since the first week of January following up on my application I was advised that they don't have the samsung a 31 in stock I called this week Tuesday spoke to another lady she advised that I call back Friday as thy normally receive stock Tuesdays and Thursdays I called today still following up only to be advised that my application has been cancelled because the special has ended what about my credit score thy have done.and enquire already for nothing I rejected vodacom cause I wanted to try something different I'm so furious cause I asked the guy who was helping us about the very same thing
