False Advertising

I have seen a special on Cell C website on Monday. When I when into the Mall of Africa store to sign up for the special on Thursday I was told that the special was canceled. This special was still advertised on their website on Friday morning. I called 084145 and was told that the special was canceled but I told the agent that the special still was on the website. I asked the agent for the customer service number as to where I can complain about the false advertising. He told me that he will contact me with the number, this was at 8:30 am it is now 20:05 and still no contact. Would gladly appreciate if someone can contact me.
