False advertising

As stated on their app and online and on *147#, buy 900 ANY NETWORK minutes for R200. When purchased I could not even phone Cybersmart on a 086 number(where that number also belongs to a network, which then falls under cell c policy of ANY NETWORK MINUTES)

The manager said to me that a service number is not allowed, but when I asked her does a service number fall under a network, she rep**** yes. Even though she agreed that a service number is part of a network(ie. Telkom etc), they still restrict you to phone that number. Now I believe that is false advertising and very poor service to state any network without any T&C or limitations. But then there are indeed limitations. I want to cancel my new cell c contract immediately without any cancellation fees because of this poor and unprofessional services! Cell C want us to pay for a contract and add additional services which is not a true 100% service.
